I’m so frustrated what to do. My student licence ran out before I could complete my Coursea Course. I’m dyslexic and was stuck on how to order my layers on the artboard and now my student trial has completely timed out and I can’t complete my course without it. I don’t know how to resolve this. Please can someone help x

They JUST started using this line. This is the new standard of support.
I understand the frustration, @KennLucas, but it’s the truth. My team has been trying to work through backlog, since Config 2024 ended last month, and I’ve been trying to keep things transparent in the community.
Historically, the forums have always been primarily run by the community. Figma users helping other users. My team here is just to help moderate and provide guidance when/if possible.
Immediate one-on-one support for certain topics, especially Billing and Account management will always be best working with the support team directly.
