Hello, I have tried several times to check my student account, but each time I get a message saying that I have exceeded my student plan limit. I have never received a response to my request...

Does anyone have a solution? Thank you, have a nice day.

Hi ​@maxencebrb -- if you receive a “Verification Limit Exceeded” message, SheerID will need to be the one to assist. They have an improved process for handling these errors and are best equipped to review your case and advise on next steps.
