In order to verify your Education status, please apply directly at figma.com/education/apply with your school-issued email address, select Higher ed for institution type and complete the SheerID verification process.

As reminder, the length of access is one year. If you are still a student at the end of the one year, you must reapply for education status.

For the verification limit, our team isn’t able to manually review documents or verify Higher Education users. I recommend reaching out directly to SheerID here, as they manage Figma’s verification process and can reset your attempts so you can apply again.

Once they’ve reset it, you can re-verify your student status by logging into your Figma account or heading directly to figma.com/education/apply. Thanks for your understanding and for your patience!
