Hi @Ti3n sorry to see you are having issues loading a file. Are you seeing this same issue if you try loading the file from another network such as a mobile hotspot?
I would also suggest trying to see if you can load the file from a supported browser as well such as Chrome or FireFox and check your firewall or antivirus settings.
