Hi! A work colleague of mine, that I’m mentoring, needs to create a Figma account using her work e-mail, but I couldn’t get around the security team to allow her work e-mail to receive e-mails from outside of work domains.
Is it somehow possible for her to create a Figma account using work e-mail, considering the context?
Hey @Francisco9! I’m not sure if there will be a way to bypass this. I do want to preface that there may be limits on options, but I’d also recommend reaching out to our support team to see if they have suggestions.
