Struggling with Support

Is anyone else having issues with contacting support to resolve issues on their subscription? I’ve reached out to support twice and each time they transfer me to sales but no one follows up. It’s been almost a month of trying to reduce the number of seats on my org subscription before it gets renewed. Any advice on how I can get this resolved ASAP? I really don’t want to get charged again.

Hey ​@Atlas1, I’m really sorry you’ve been stuck in this loop.

I took a look on my end but wasn’t able to find an existing support ticket tied to your account. Would you mind sharing your ticket number? I’ll personally escalate this with the team to help get you a quicker resolution.

In the meantime, just to clarify how seat management works. Seats are billed for the full duration of your current billing term. Before your next renewal date, you’ll be able to remove any unused seats directly from your Billing overview page.

If you need to make changes right away, you have a couple of options:

 

Once you share your ticket number, I can escalate it to our team.

Thanks for reaching out. I think my specific problem was caused by us having a contract initially so to amend seats, I needed to contact sales to draw up another contract. 

I’ve had someone reach out to me on Monday and they’re currently helping me resolve the issue.
