Since a few days ago when I copy text from the web and it contains links, these are including when pasting to Figma even when I use CMD+SHIFT+V. I have to “hover” the text, wait for the popover, click edit and then unlink. It’s frustrating to do this every time.
Any workaround?

If there is no workaround, can someone at least tell us how to get rid of the link without deleting the linked text?
Still needs a solution.
Hi there! As a workaround, after copying your text from the web, right-click in Figma when you paste it and select "Paste and Match Style." This should remove the link from your text.
Hope this helps!

Thanks, is there a way to swap the keyboard shortcuts?
Glad to hear this helped!
To answer your question, unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment.
However, others have made similar requests regarding customizing shortcuts that may also interest you, and it’s already on our radar.
Feel free to give it a +1, as this helps our team track and prioritize developments. Thanks!
I hated it when Windows did it. I hate that Figma did it. If I wanted to paste the link and change the style of the text I would have asked. The default should be to do no harm. Don’t change my work.
