Status verification for students in a bootcamp @dvaliao @Celine_Figma

Hi fellow Figma users, 

I have registered and am a student of an ongoing bootcamp. While every one of the students has full access to the bootcamp Figma files, my access keeps getting changed into view only. The admin of the bootcamp has been in touch with Figma multiple times and they approved my account, but I still get the same problem, and the issue has not been resolved. We are half through the bootcamp, and I only had full editing access for the first week. This is very frustrating, and I cannot participate in any of the group activities. I also have no way of contacting Figma directly to solve the issue with their assistance. has anyone experienced similar issues?

Hey ​@Par, sorry for the back and forth with the team. That’s definitely not the experience we want you to have.

I’m going to check on this internally with the team. I’ll update you as soon as I have more information. Really appreciate your patience while we look into this.

Hey ​@Par thank you for your patience, and I’m really sorry for the delay in getting back to you. 

I’ve checked in with the team internally, and they let me know that an update should have been sent to you regarding your account status. When you have a moment, could you please let me know whether your account is now showing as fully verified and whether your edit access has been restored?

If you’re still seeing view-only access, please let me know. I want to make sure this gets properly followed up so you’re not blocked any longer.
