Spec for using Fogma

Im struggling to find any decent specifics about what spec is best to use. Would either of these laptops suffice or be overkill? Im not doing any 3D modelling etc but just lots of wireframes, hi-fid mockups and screen recordings

MacBook Pro (M4 Pro, 2024) 16 inch with 14-core CPU and 20-core GPU, 24GB Unified Memory, 512GB SSD
