Something wrong with my Figma app

I found that my file didn’t upload, then I close my Figma, after that I opened my Figma, but every file keeping shown loading, keep a while time, they show me some error code. I tried to clear the cache, an restart my computer, but it dosen’t work. But I can open those file with websit, I’m sure that my network is ok, only Figma app can’t work. So it’s somebody can tell me, how to solve this problem？Thx！

Uninstall - Reinstall might work.

Check your firewall/ antivirus that might be blocking the connection of app.

Still no work, I just tried, close the firewall, T.T, really thank you, I got Figma app, open my Figma file in webside, there no ‘Open with Figma app’, it still show ‘Get desktop app’

I have no problem logging into my own account from my colleague’s computer. It’s only my computer’s problem.

Hey @hide, sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your Figma app!

What OS are you using? Have you tried clearing your desktop app’s cache?
Are you able to share a screenshot of the error code you’re receiving?

Here’s how to clear the desktop app cache on a Mac:

  1. Quit the Figma desktop app
  2. Open Terminal.app and enter the following command: rm -rf “$HOME/Library/Application Support/Figma/”{Desktop,DesktopProfile}
  3. Try opening the desktop app again

Here’s how to clear the desktop app cache on Windows:

  1. Close the Figma desktop app
  2. Open the Start menu, and paste in this, followed by enter: %APPDATA%\Figma
  3. In the window that opens, delete the Desktop and DesktopProfile folders if they exist
  4. Launch the desktop app again
