Smart Animation not working

Hello everyone, I’m having the same issue with circle rotating smart animation. But I wasn’t able to reply in the previous post regrading this same issue that’s why had to create this new topic.
I’m using the instance but still my circle isn’t rotating. I can share my design file and screenshots below. If anyone can help
Let me know what’s the issue.
