Slack Integration - Comments not appearing in Figma

I have the integration working from Figma to Slack - comments appear in my slack channel but when I reply to them in a thread, the replies do not appear in the figma file.

Hey ​@Prod - thanks for checking in on this.

Yesterday, slack was experiencing an outage that may have affected your comments not being applied to your file correctly.

This outage included 3rd party integrations, so I suspect that may have been the case for you: https://slack-status.com/2026-05-14 -- If you’re still having trouble, try restarting Figma (if you had it open at the time) and restarting slack. Then, if still not working, try removing and re-adding the extension to see if things get resolved.
