Show space when moving element (Inspect tab)

Like a lot of people, I have trouble finding the functionalities that was before in the Inspect tab.

I used a lot the inspect tab just to see the spacing with the page or other elements in px, but now I can’t look at the spacing and move it because “Dev mode” is read only…

Am I missing something or we can’t do that anymore?
