Show frame outlines in editor mode

Is there a way to view / see the frame outlines on a page in figma. I’ve tried everything in view mode and i’ve searched forums but have had no luck. I’m essentially trying to create a template with frame outlines i can drop images into. The only thing i’ve found that comes close is the view > Outlines > Show outlines but that obvs makes your content disappear.
