Sharing outside my organization

Hi,

I’m trying to share a presentation from Figma Slides with someone outside my organization and give them edit access. I’ve been sharing the link, but they keep saying they can’t access it.

Is there a specific way to share it with people outside the organization?

    Hi @mandadido

Thanks for reaching out. If you're on an Enterprise plan, it's possible that access is restricted by your organization admin. I tested this on my organization and was able to edit my Slide file externally, so it’s likely related to your admin settings. So, I recommend checking your admin if the it is restricted. You can find more information here: Restrict or prevent guest access.

    Thanks,

    Toku

If the file is in a team under a professional or org-level plan, there might be restrictions set by the admin that prevent external editing. One thing you can try is moving the presentation to a draft (under your personal space) and then clicking “Share,” making sure the link is set to “Anyone with the link” and permission is set to “Can edit.”
