When we upgrade from Professional subscription to Organisation subscription, Where i can find plan change details/settings details? in my account it still shows professional subscription and it is not upgraded to organisation, payment was done by my company

I took a look on our end, and it seems your account is still showing as being on the Professional plan. Could you please check with your company to confirm if they followed all the steps outlined in this Help Center article: How to upgrade to the Organization plan? Once the Organization is created, they’ll also need to pull in any relevant teams associated with your company’s domain into the created Organization.
