Instead of pressing enter can you see the “Generate” button like you see in my screen recording?

To generate a board:

1. Click in the top toolbar.


2. Select a suggested template or click the Let’s make a… field.


3. Enter your own prompt or click a prompt suggestion.


4. Click Generate and watch the magic happen.

Please let me know where you’re getting stuck in these steps. A screen recording would be helpful to investigate further.

Thank you very much Gayani for responding promptly. I followed steps 1 and 2. I am not sure in step 3 what you mean by prompt. I assume it refers to the sentence to be diagrammed. I entered the sentence inside that rectangular box. Did step 4.

Sorry, no magic happened. Instead it gave something undesired as the output. My sentence was: Snakes are an interesting reptile species.

It put snakes in the middle and then indicated various habitats, species, characteristics, and myths and facts.

What am I missing? Please help me.

Among the prompts given I don’t see sentence diagrammer. Is there something else to refer to it? Please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Hey @azhagan, apologies I’ve just realised that you’re referring to the template Sentence Diagram Generator.

The screen recording I’ve shared with your is not related to the template “Sentence Diagram Generator”. It’s just showing how you can generate boards and diagrams with FigJam AI.

I need to double check this internally but it seems like it’s just a static template, it is not used to generate the words. So you cannot a type the sentence and it’ll break it down for you.

I do agree it’s a bit confusing as it’s called a Generator, so I am double checking this with the team currently. Will get bak to you as soon as possible. Appreciate your patience in the meantime.
