I have purchased professional plan in Figma. Now, I want to replace an email with another. I tried reaching out to the Figma support for the help. But I couldn’t find a way. Can someone help me in this?

CONTEXT: We are a team of 3 designers. One of the designer has left the team and we are two of them now. The professional plan that I have is charging for 3 design seats. As the Figma space owner, I want to remove one access now. I tried removing the access of the designer but still Figma is charging for 3 designers.


This would be the exact context of my issue. Please help me how to remove one of the designer’s access from my space…

Unfortunately, Figma makes it very easy to give your money to them but hard to return or cancel. The forum is flooded with posts like yours. Figma can’t help on the community forum, you need to reach out to support: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and wait for a reply, which could take a while… (about a week)
