Scrolling behaviour for prototyping

Hello, I can’t seem to figure out how to do a scrolling behaviour for prototyping. 

I want the text on the bottom to be visible only until the scrolling bar, meaning that the text with the 90% opacity is still shown, and what afterwards (“as a unique act in the scene”) will be only available when scrolling in prototyping. Any ideas? Thanks!
