Is anyone having issues with the scroll position when prototyping, again? In some pages, it scrolls all the way to the top of the page 😦

Hey @Paula_Mourad, sorry to hear this is happening!

We haven’t heard much about this issue lately. Are your frames named identically or do they have the same prefix at least?

On May 24, 2023, Figma updated its prototype state management controls. This update changed how preserve scroll position is applied on interactions.

To preserve scrolling between top-level frames, the top-level frame names have to be identical or have a matching prefix.

@dvaliao Thank you for your prompt reply 🙂 My frames are organized by numbers, for example “01, 02, 03, etc”.

Thanks for clarifying that!

To preserve scrolling between your top-level frames, you’ll want to make sure you’re using a matching prefix then… i.e “Frame/01, Frame/02, Frame/03, etc.”

@dvaliao I’ve renamed my frames with the correct order and prefix, and I’m still getting the same issue 😦
