We were working with someone at Figma to get full access for our teachers and students, but she is no longer getting back to us so we can't move on.  Does anyone have a contact to get this moving?  I tried the Support Center and the Chat, but I am getting nowhere.  I don’t want to start over.  We already had the Education Order Form completed and signed.

Figma is observing a holiday today, but someone should be in touch ASAP. I will check in with you here again once I’ve gotten an update on my end as well.
