I’ve tried several times to verify my student account, but each attempt says I’ve exceeded the limit for the student plan. When I use old verification links, they’re expired, forcing me to start over.
I’ve also contacted SheerID multiple times, but they keep sending the same automated response:
They mentioned missing details like “No Program ID,” “No Verification ID,” and “External User ID Not Present,” but I don’t understand what these mean or how to fix them.
Could you please help reset my verification attempts or guide me on how to start fresh? I’ve been trying for quite some time without any success.
