reverification limit exceeded

I’ve tried several times to verify my student account, but each attempt says I’ve exceeded the limit for the student plan. When I use old verification links, they’re expired, forcing me to start over.

I’ve also contacted SheerID multiple times, but they keep sending the same automated response:

They mentioned missing details like “No Program ID,” “No Verification ID,” and “External User ID Not Present,” but I don’t understand what these mean or how to fix them.

Could you please help reset my verification attempts or guide me on how to start fresh? I’ve been trying for quite some time without any success.

Hello. I’ve also gone through the same error over 10 times, I have already reached out to the SheerID support teams numerous times. I think they have reset my account from limited verification, but the problem is that I’ve tried verifyng but I’m still experiencing the the same error.

I e-mailed the SheerID support team again, waiting for the reply.

I think this error won’t be solved by resetting the verification limit.

Please check my account and solve this problem.
