Restore my education plan to my college email

Hi, 

I were originally on the education plan with my personal email “[redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]”. After few months of using, I upgraded to the professional plan for a cost of 20$ a month, so I’m not on educational plan anymore.

I would like to restore my education plan to my college email “ [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII] “ email.

How can I do this?

    Hi ​@IngaMorelock,

     

    I see that you’ve already contacted education@figma.com from the email you’d like to use for your education verification and shared the forwarded messages from SheerID. That’s the best next step in this case.

    I’ll also go ahead and flag your request internally with our Education team so they’re aware and can help prioritize it.
