I worked as UX designer with a company for 11 months. I used their Figma company account. But as freelancer I also have my own account. Something went awefully wrong. Because when I was working on my own freelancer projects on my own account, I thought I was working on my own account. But probably I was working on their account.
Because now I finished my job they deleted my account and now suddenly my own freelancer files are gone. I cannot say how this could happen because every time I switched from company to my own account. Now I lost all my designs and other creative work.
Who can help!
