Responsive variables do not apply to components outside library

Issue:
Components created with responsive variables in a shared library do not adapt when used in a separate design file.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create components in the library using responsive variables.

2. Insert those components into a separate design file.

3. Switch the containing frame between mobile and desktop sizes.

Observed behavior:
The components do not respond to frame size changes.

Expected behavior:
The components should adapt responsively, just as they do when created directly in the separate design file.

Any thougts on this?
