Resizing a circle shaped element with constraints set up without stretching its width/stroke?

Dear Figma Community,

Is there a way of resizing a circle shaped chart without having its width/stroke being stretched?

The goal of creating this chart is to turn it into a component and can be resized however it needs to and without being broken.
