Hello Figma Support,

I hope you're doing well. I previously had access to the Figma Education Plan under the email address associated with this account: [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]

It seems that my Education access has expired and now my team has been locked due to the limitations of the Starter plan. I am currently unable to edit my important files, and this has affected my ongoing educational and design projects.

I am still a student and would like to renew my access to the Education Plan if possible. Please let me know if you need any documentation such as a student ID or enrollment confirmation.

If you haven't already, your first step should be to visit the Education status application page to re-verify your status: https://www.figma.com/education/apply

 

Once your status has been verified, you can refer to this guide for the next steps: Verify education status > 3. Create, upgrade, or join a team 

Should your application happen to be declined, you can always reach out directly to our education team at education@figma.com.
