Request to Recover Permanently Deleted Figma File from Trash

Hi Figma Support Team,

I accidentally deleted one of my Figma files, and it was also removed from the Trash. but I wanted to check if it is possible to restore it from your server-side backups.


As unfortunately by mistake it was clicked- ‘ permanently delete’ from trash. and i was so much frosted to get it back.

i had already contact figma from this link- https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/1619605 but didn't get single response from figma support team. And sometimes they put it into solved without solving that was surprise me is it good support ! which i didn't expect.

Here are the details:

  • File Name:- Drafted all files

  • File URL https://www.figma.com/design/XlrvuMYaVDWnPZzEAuPUV6/Drafted-all-files?node-id=1405-133&t=K7emvnaj0w4PUJAj-0

  • Date & Time When File Was Deleted:- 28th Nov 2025 after 4 PM IST

  • Workspace / Account Email: (redacted by the moderator due to PII)

This file is very important for my ongoing project.
Please let me know if there's any chance to recover it.

Waiting for team figma to get back me as soon as possible with recover my file link.

I see in the backend that you have already reached out to the support team, thank you! (Case number: 1619605). I have escalated internally as they are the best equipped to investigate what happened and confirm whether the file has been permanently deleted, as well as whether any restoration is possible.

Just as a reminder, deleting a file forever is a permanent action, and in those cases, recovery is not guaranteed.

I had got my file back and figma team and you guys restore it this make my day.
Thank you so much for helping me to recover my Figma file.
