Request to Change Email Address - No Access to Email (Account Owner Deceased)

Hello Figma Support Team,

I am contacting you because I no longer have access to the email address linked to my Figma account. The email address was registered with a phone number belonging to a person who has sadly passed away, which makes it impossible to regain access through the usual recovery process.

Here are the details:
- Old email address: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information] 
- New email address: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]
- Email provider: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]
- Account username [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]

The email provider (myMail by Mail.ru) confirmed that recovery is only possible by SMS verification or phone number confirmation. Since the registered phone number is no longer available, recovering the mailbox directly is not an option.

To prove account ownership, I can provide:
- The approximate date when I created the Figma account [I can't remember exactly, but it seems like it was 4-5 years ago.]
- Names of my projects and shared files
- Any additional proof that helps verify ownership

I would sincerely appreciate it if the Figma team could manually change the email associated with my account to the new address provided above so that I can restore access to my workspace.
