Request to Cancel Accidental Collab Seat and Adjust Billing

Hi, I accidentally approve a collab seat and delete that member email right away. But the bill is already charged for next month payment for $4.91. Can I can cancel it? How?

I understand that you accidentally approved a collab seat and would like to adjust the number of seats on your subscription to remove the related charge from your next payment.

 

Unfortunately, for security and privacy reasons, we’re unable to handle specific billing issues here in the forum.

I’ll go ahead and create a support ticket(#1615064) for you using the details you’ve provided, so you can continue the conversation directly with our billing specialists via email. You’ll receive an email notification about the new ticket shortly. It’ll be sent to the email address associated with your account.

Please note that once a seat is approved, the new seat is added to your subscription and cannot be reversed.
The seat will be billed at a prorated rate on your upcoming invoice. If a user already occupies a paid seat when you approve their seat upgrade request, a prorated credit for the unused time in the previous seat will be applied toward the new seat.
