Hello Figma Support Team,
I recently noticed that my subscription has been renewed, but unfortunately, I have not been using Figma for the past year. I even hardly remembered the login credentials for my account, which shows that I have not accessed the service at all.
Since I have not used the service during this time, I would like to kindly ask if it would be possible to receive a refund for the latest charge, and I will make sure to cancel my subscription to avoid future renewals.
