Request for Invoice Review and Downgrade to Starter Plan

Dear Figma Support Team,

I hope you're doing well.

I'm reaching out regarding my Team Karma workspace, which is currently locked due to an outstanding invoice.

I recently noticed that my workspace was upgraded to a Professional plan with AI Credits, resulting in an invoice of $80.24. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware that the AI Credits would incur this additional recurring cost, and I no longer require the Professional features or AI Credits.

I primarily use Figma for personal learning and portfolio work, and at this time I'm unable to afford this subscription.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me with the following:

  • Review or waive (or reduce, if possible) the outstanding invoice.
  • Remove the AI Credits from my subscription.
  • Downgrade my workspace from the Professional plan to the Starter (Free) plan.
  • Unlock my workspace so I can access and manage my existing draft files.

I completely understand if there are billing policies that need to be followed, but I would be very grateful if you could make a one-time exception or suggest the best way to resolve this without continuing the paid subscription.
