Hi! I’m using the Figma Agent beta in Figma Design and I’ve reached the monthly beta limit.

I see the option “Request free extra credits”, which opens a form titled “Request additional beta credits” and asks what I’ve been using Figma’s agent for.

Can someone confirm who receives and reviews this request?

Is it reviewed directly by the Figma team as part of the Agent beta program, or is it sent to the admin of my Figma team/organization?

I’m specifically asking about the beta credits request for Figma Agent, not the regular AI credits request flow.

Great question, ​@Niya - thanks so much for asking. Given the existing flows to request from a Figma account administrator, it makes sense that you’d like clarification regarding beta credits.

 

For beta credits specifically, the request goes to us and not your org administrator. These are reviewed regularly by our team, who then grant additional credits so you can keep using the agent. Let me know if you have any other questions - happy to help!
