Replacing an Annual Seat in Figma

Question

I currently have 4 annual seats and 2 monthly-billed seats in Figma. I plan to remove one person from an annual seat and convert the two monthly seats into annual seats.

If I remove one person from an annual seat, will one of my existing monthly seats automatically be converted to an annual seat without extra cost? How will this affect my billing?
