remove software in Plugins

Can you clarify if you want to delete some specific plugins in your Figma account?

If so, for your information, plugins are no longer “installed”, but “saved”. You can hit the “save” icon and it will remove them from your “saved” list.

Also, if this doesn’t work, you can also try to clear your cache.
The list of recent plugins is stored in Local Storage, so they may still appear even if they were never saved or after being removed. Clearing your cache would be the best way to fully remove them.

To manually clear your cache you can:
Mac:

1. Quit the Figma desktop app
2. Open Terminal.app and enter the following command: rm -rf "$HOME/Library/Application Support/Figma"
3. Try opening the desktop app again

Windows:
Run a command line from the Start menu.

1. Close the Figma desktop app.
2. Open the Start menu and paste the %APPDATA%\\Figma command. Press the Enter key to submit.
3. In the window, delete the DesktopProfile folder.
4. Launch the Figma desktop app again.

Please also note that as mentioned, hitting the “save” icon ‌will not remove the plugin from the “recents” list, as that list is dynamic, and changes as you use other plugins (similar to other “recent” lists you may have seen on other platforms). Hope this is clear!
