remove one Total Full seats

I understand you're looking to remove unused seats from your plan.
The process depends on your billing cycle:

• Monthly plans: any unassigned seats will be automatically removed in your next invoice.

• Annual plans: you'll need to adjust your seat count within 30 days of your next renewal date.
