Reinstate Annual Payment Sheet to Monthly Sheet (Professional Plan)

I accidentally added one sheet of my professional plan, and all my monthly payment members have been converted to annual payment members. I’ve been charging too much this month.
I need to restore it to the previous one. Please help.
