If I remove editors before the billing date, will they still be included in the billing? Since team billing is independent, does it apply only to editors who have access at the time of billing, or does it include those who were removed before the billing date?

Any editors you remove before your billing date will not be included. You will only be charged for new and current editors who still have edit access at the time of billing.
