Refund request for an Unintended Dev Seat

Hello Figma Support Team,

I am a figma user for a long time and currently using professional plan for my company. I was accidentially created a dev seat (under 24 hour ago) and would like to ask a refund for this seat. I really hope Figma Support Team could help me in this situation. If you need any additional information, please tell me, i will try my best.

I understand that you accidentally assigned a Dev seat and are now requesting a refund.

Unfortunately, due to security and privacy reasons, we’re unable to handle specific billing issues like this directly here on the Forum.
