Hello,
I noticed an unexpected charge on my credit card on May 14, 2026. My monthly subscription plan is supposed to be for 1 seat ($20/month), but I was charged $57.20 because extra seats were automatically added without my explicit consent.
I have already changed my seat approval settings to "Approve seats manually" so this won't happen again. Since these extra seats were added accidentally and were not intended for use, I would like to kindly request a refund for the extra amount charged ($35.20).
