Le Trung Tien

Hi Figma Support Team,

I'm reaching out to request a refund for an accidental renewal of my personal Figma Make (monthly) plan.

My team has recently migrated to an organization account, so I no longer use the plan tied to my personal account. The renewal was unintentional, and I'd appreciate it if you could process a refund at your earliest convenience.

Please let me know if you need any additional information to move forward.

Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hey @Le Trung Tien — welcome to Figma Forum, and thanks for reaching out.

I'm not able to access billing details from the forum, but I've opened a ticket on your behalf with our Product Support team so they can review your refund request. Your case number is: 1819070. Please check your inbox for an email from me with a couple of follow-up details that will help the team move this along.

In the meantime, if you haven't already, you may want to cancel or downgrade the personal plan to prevent any further charges while this is being reviewed: Upgrade or downgrade your plan.

Please keep an eye on the inbox tied to your Figma account for updates.
