Refund of Collaboration Seat

Hello Figma team, i would ask to refund a professional and my team seats bill, because I don’t know if I approved my team I will get charged 20$/person. Is there any way to cancel all of my teams seat charge. Thankyou.

Just a heads-up that I’ve merged your related post into this thread to keep everything in one place.

I understand that some members of your team were accidentally approved for paid Full seats. I’ve located your support tickets: #2093406, #2093381, and #2093388.

As we’re unable to review billing details here in the forum, our Billing team will take a closer look and follow up with you directly via your ticket.

In the meantime, you can prevent the affected seats from renewing by changing those members to View seats:

1. From the file browser, click Admin in the left sidebar.
2. Select the People tab.
3. Click the person’s current seat in the Seat type column.
4. Select View and confirm the change.

This will make the paid seats unassigned. If you’re on a monthly Professional plan, unassigned seats won’t renew on your next monthly invoice. Please note that this won’t automatically reverse any charges already made, but our Billing team will review your refund request through your support tickets.
