Recovering a file deleted from Trash

Hi Figma Support Team,

My friend by mistake deleted a file and then also “permanently deleted” it from trash. I’m developing a brand identity and this file is really important. I need your help in recovering it from your servers please.

I have an open support ticket: #2119827 but its already 22 hours gone
