Does anyone know how long it takes Figma to recognize a payment? I have a delivery today and I was caught off guard when my credits ran out.

Hi @Gabriela Dias, thanks for reaching out!

I do not speak Portuguese. I hope it is ok that I am replying in English. There may be a small delay in recognizing payment, but after a few minutes and refreshing your tabs, you should be good to go.

From what I can see on the backend, you have a full seat on the Professional plan. Please let me know if you continue to run into issues.
