How can I select and change the properties of multiple links/wires at once in prototyping mode?

You can select multiple frames and drag connections from them.
You can also select multiple connections at the same time, using box selection or holding Shift to add individual connections to the selection.

This doesn’t work with larger files and several connections. When you go into prototyping mode, not all of the connections are shown. When you start dragging the box, it shows more connections as the box goes over them. There isn’t a way to show all be default, the way it used to be.
