Please why is my prototyping preview turning off by itself. Sometime I see black boxes appears on the prototype present screen. What do I do

Hey @Henry14 , sorry to hear this is happening. I assume there are glitches you may encounter. Can you please share a screenshot or recording when you preview the prototype to check?

Are you experiencing this issue when viewing a prototype on any other supported browser? (You can use Figma on Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge and Firefox) How about on the Desktop App?

Can you also try opening the prototype in an incognito window and let us know if you see any improvements?

To cover some basics, I also recommend making sure that your devices meets Figma’s device and system requirements and your browser. Let me know if this helps!
