Prototype problem

Can you share more details(screenshots) on how you are animating/ layering the dropdown? Is it always or have you tried another one from scratch?

If it’s Smart Animate for switching between expanded flyouts, it sometimes act weird.

May be you can try closing the flyout on selecting the option instead of changing opened up variant. So when you click ‘Public’ in first dropdown, link it to collapsed state of ‘Public’ and vice versa.
