I have a sticky navigation component inside a frame that calls a menu overlay that is outside the frame. That works fine. The problem is that when I try to link menu items to nested frames within my main frame, the nested frames are not available to link to (in this case I want the behavior to be Scroll to). 

I have tried so many different ways to wire this up but it just doesn’t work. Should be simple.
