Prototype: I can't get overlay and website to scroll

hi, I have simple website with overlay that apears after clicking “Menu”. When in prototype mode, I can not scroll the page verticaly. When I am using page and overlay separete, they both work fine - I can scroll the website. What can be the reason I can not do simple scroll?

Did you set the frame in question to vertical scrolling?

    Anyway, I set the frame of website and overlay to scroll vertical - still does not work. It works separetly, but now when the menu overlay apears the website
