Prototype designs disappearing when Enterprise sharing settings are changed

In the enterprise instance of Figma, we have amended the sharing settings to allow a larger time window for recipients to view. For some reason, this has now deleted 6 out of 7 prototypes with no idea of how to return them.

Wasting 2 days of work just before a large stakeholder demo.

Weve raised a support ticket, sent direct emails and no response - anyone in the community faced this problem before and know a solution?
